25kgTNT当量爆炸容器的安全考核实验
Explosion proof testing of the 25kg TNT equivalent explosion containment vessel
【摘要】 对25 kg TNT当量钢制球形爆炸容器进行了7发爆轰加载的安全考核实验。前2发实验采用RHT-901炸药饼,其TNT当量分别为7. 55 kg和10. 32 kg;中间4发采用TNT炸药球,其当量分别为10. 16 kg、14. 95 kg、18. 30 kg和24. 96 kg;最后1发炸药的TNT当量为18. 73 kg,但其表面包有一层7mm厚的钢壳。考核实验测量了作用于容器内壁的爆炸反射超压、容器内爆轰产物准静态气体压力和温度的变化规律,同时还监测了容器外表6个特征点的动态应变及容器相邻实验室的爆炸冲击噪声。以上力学参数的测量为该爆炸容器的安全评估及考核验收提供了必要的实验结果。
【Abstract】 The proof testing of the 25 kg TNT equivalent explosion containment spherical steel vessel has been accomplished through 7 shots. The first two shots used the RHT-901 explosive disc with 7. 55 kg and 10. 32 kg TNT equivalent,respectively. The rest shots adopted the standard spherical explosives with 10. 16 kg,14. 95 kg,18. 30 kg,24. 96 kg and 18. 73 kg TNT equivalent respectively excep that the last spherical explosive was wrapped with a 7 mm steel shell. The overpressure acting on the inner wall of the vessel,the quasi-static gas pressure and temperature generated by the detonation product were measured. At the same time,the dynamic strain at the six characteristic points of the vessel and the blast noise of the laboratory were also monitored. All of the mechanics parameters measured provide the necessary experimental results for the safety assessment and acceptance of the vessel.
