EPS混凝土静态力学性能研究
Investigation into quasi-static mechanical properties of EPS concrete
【摘要】 对不同粒径、不同体积含量EPS混凝土进行了静态压缩和静态劈裂试验。EPS混凝土静态压缩应力-应变曲线表明:EPS混凝土抗压强度随EPS颗粒体积含量的增加而显著降低;对于体积含量小于10%的EPS混凝土表现出准脆性材料特性;对于体积含量较高的EPS混凝土,表现出明显不同于低含量的EPS混凝土和EPS材料的特性;分析了EPS混凝土静态压缩变形机制。EPS颗粒粒径大小对EPS混凝土抗压强度的影响比对劈裂强度的影响要显著,并且随EPS体积含量的增加而逐渐消失。分析了EPS混凝土静态压缩和静态劈裂破坏特性。
【Abstract】 The quasi-static compressive and quasi-static splitting experiments have been carried out to investigate the mechanical behavior of EPS concrete with different size and contents of EPS beads. the quasi-static compressive stress-strain curves of EPS concrete show that the compressive strength of EPS concrete is seen to decrease significantly with a increase in EPS bead content,the EPS concrete with EPS volume fraction below 10 percent exhibited the quasibrittle behavior,the EPS concrete behavior with high EPS bead content is very different from the EPS concret with low EPS bead content and EPS materials,the quasistatic compressive deformation mechanisms are analyzed. Further,it is observed that the particle size effect is very pronounced for the compressive strength of EPS conerete than that for the splitting tension strength of EPS concrete and becomes negligible for very high EPS bead content. Finally,the feature of compressive deformation and splitting tension deformation is analyzed.
