模糊故障树在煤矿风机故障诊断中的应用
The Application of Fuzzy Fault Tree in Ventilators Troubles Diagnosis in Mine
【摘要】 针对故障发生概率具有不确定性和模糊性的特点,本文将故障树和模糊集合理论相结合,进行模糊聚合和去模糊化处理,并将此方法应用于风机故障诊断中,研究证明是可行和有效的,且可推广应用于其他旋转机械的故障诊断。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the features of the occurrence probabilities,fuzzy and random,this paper presents a hybrid model,combining the fault tree with fuzzy set theory.In this approach,fuzzy aggregation and defuzzification are employed.An illustrative example of ventilators demonstrates that this method is feasible and effective.This method is universal and applicable to the other rotating machinery fault diagnosis.
