【摘要】 目的探讨高龄肺癌患者外科治疗的手术方式及其效果。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2008年12月手术治疗的34例70岁以上肺癌患者的临床资料。结果行根治性手术者29例(85.3%),姑息性手术者3例(9.8%),剖胸探查2例(4.9%),手术切除率(95.1%)。结论高龄并非肺癌手术的禁忌,通过严格的心肺功能评估,选择适当的手术方式,积极防治术后并发症,可以获得较为良好的外科治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the ways and effects of surgical treatment for the patients with lung cancer.Methods It retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 34 patients,who were more than 70 years old and received the surgical treatment for lung cancer from January in 2000 to December in 2008.Result Radical surgery involved 39 cases(85.3%),3 cases with palliative surgery(9.8%),2 cases with exploratory thoracotomy(4.9%),while resection rate was 95.1%.Conclusion Aged patients were not the contraindication person receiving lung cancer surgery.It can acquire a good effect in the surgery treatment for the patients with lung cancer by assessing the heart and lung function,adopting proper operation program,and controlling the postoperative complications.更多还原
