【摘要】 目的了解昆明市区行为问题儿童家长心理压力的情况,为有行为问题儿童的家长进行干预提供依据。方法选择692名小学生作为调查对象,使用一般情况调查表、Rutter儿童行为量表(父母问卷),家长压力问卷,调查儿童行为问题检出率及父母压力状况。结果昆明市一普通小学学生行为问题总检出率为27.02%,其中男生为32.48%,女生为21.41%,男生和女生行为问题检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。父亲文化程度低及父母关系差的儿童行为问题发生率高(P均<0.05)。有行为问题的儿童家长压力大,A型行为问题儿童的家长压力比N型行为问题儿童的大(P均<0.05)。结论儿童行为问题明显增加家长心理压力,值得临床引起关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the parents psychological stress of children with behavior problems,in order to provide informations to the interventions of parents.Methods The general questionnaire,Rutter child behavior checklist(parent questionnaire) and Parents stress questionnaire were used to investigate the behavior problems of 692 primary school students in Kunming.Results The incidence of behavior problems of the students was 27.02%,and 32.48% for boys and 21.41% for girls.There was significant difference on behavior problems between boys and girls(P<0.05).Children with lower father education level and poor parental relationship have higher incidence of child behavior problems(P<0.05).Parents psychological stress of children with behavior problems was higher than that of children without behavior problems(P<0.05) Also,parents psychological stress of children with A-type behavior problems was higher than that of children with N-type behavior problems(P<0.05).Conclusion Child behavior problems increase the parents psychological stress,which clinician need pay more attention to.更多还原
