【摘要】 目的:通过对我院门诊、急诊内科处方进行点评分析,提高处方书写质量,促进临床合理安全用药。方法:随机抽取2009年10～12月份门诊、急诊内科处方22 839张,按照卫生部《处方管理办法》的有关规定,对处方前记、正文、后记等各项内容逐一点评分析。结果:不合格处方共1 744张,不合格率为7.64%。结论:我院门诊、急诊内科处方书写不够规范,同时存在一些不合理用药现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Making analysis and commenting on the prescriptions of the outpatient and emergency departments in our hospital to improve the quality of prescription filling and make clinical drug use safer and more reasonable.Methods: Random drawing of 22,839 prescriptions were collected including the outpatient and emergency departments of children from October to December 2009 and an analysis of the prescription preface,normal text and postscript was made according to the relevant regulations of Measure for the Administration of Prescriptions,which was promulgated by Ministry of Health.Results: There were 1,744 prescriptions(7.64%),which were neither standard nor reasonable.Conclusions: The non-standard prescription writings still exist in the outpatient and emergency departments,meanwhile there exists a phenomenon that using medicine in unreasonable fashions.更多还原
