【摘要】 目的探讨电视胸腔镜辅助下胸膜固定术治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析电视胸腔镜辅助下胸膜内喷洒滑石粉治疗恶性胸腔积液26例患者的临床资料。结果所有病例均手术成功,胸膜固定术有效率为94.4%。无严重并发症发生。结论电视胸腔镜在恶性胸腔积液的处理中具有安全、微创、诊断准确的特点,胸膜腔内喷洒滑石粉是胸膜固定的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pleurodesis with video-assisted thoracosopic surgery(VATS) in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods Twenty-six patients with malignant pleural effusion accepted tale pleurodesis under VATS and the effects were observed.Results All operations were successful.The effective rate was 94.4%,and there has no serious side-effect.Conclusion VATS is a safe and minimal invasive procedure in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.It is also provided that tale pleurodesis under VATS is a very effective method for pleurodesis.更多还原
