【摘要】 目的探讨经皮肾输尿管镜在原发性输尿管息肉治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院5例通过微创经皮肾输尿管镜钬激光切除的原发性输尿管息肉患者的临床资料,并结合文献讨论其诊断和治疗方法。结果 5例患者均完整切除息肉,术后患者恢复良好,未见息肉复发。结论静脉肾盂造影和逆行造影以及CT检查是诊断输尿管息肉有效的方法,应用微创经皮肾输尿管镜钬激光切除原发性输尿管上段息肉是可供选择的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study percutaneous ureteroscopic treatment on primary ureteral polyp.Methods Clinical data of 5 cases of primary ureteral polyps resection by using of percutaneous ureteroscopy and holmium laser at affiliated nanhua hospital were retrospectively analysed.The diagnosis and treatment of this disease combined with the relative literatures were analysed.Results Five cases of polyps resection were treated by ureteroscope operation.All patients recovered with no recurrence.Conclusion The efffetive methods to diagnose ureteral polyp are intravenous pyelography,retrograde pyelography and computed tomography.Resecting primary ureteral polyp in upper ureter by percutaneous ureteroscopy and holmium laser is the selectively perfect treatment.更多还原
