【摘要】 目的探讨间苯三酚联合安定用于促进产程进展的临床疗效。方法选择2008年至2010年于我院分娩的初产妇186例,随机分为观察组(93例)及对照组(93例),当子宫颈口扩张至2～3 cm时,观察组采用间苯三酚80 mg、安定10 mg静脉注射;对照组采用常规方法分娩。观察两组产妇的产程变化及围产结局。结果观察组子宫颈口从用药至开全的时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),阴道分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组间产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合安定能加速子宫颈口扩张,加速产程进展,降低剖宫产率,且对母婴无明显不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of phloroglucinol combined with diazepam on promoting the progression of labor.Methods One hundred and eighty-six normal primiparae who had delivery in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were randomly divided into observation group(n=93) and control group(n=93).When the cervix dilated to 2~3 cm,phloroglucinol 80 mg and diazepam 10 mg were injected to the puerperas of observation group,while phloroglucinol and diazepam were not used in the same way in control group.We observed the progress of labor and analyse the perinatal outcome.Results The time of cervical orifice fully opening in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.01).The rate of vaginal delivery in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious difference in quantity of bleeding and Apgar score of neonate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with diazepam for vaginal delivery can be effective to hasten the dilatation of cervix,accelerate the progress of labor,and to lower the rate of cesarean section,without adverse effect on maternal and children.更多还原
