【摘要】 目的观察前列地尔针注射液治疗慢性脑供血不足的疗效,并探讨脑供血不足的病因及治疗方法。方法选择82例脑供血不足(VB I)患者随机分为前列地尔针治疗组(40例)和倍他司汀注射液加血塞通注射液对照组(42例)。结果治疗组治疗显效率57.5%,明显高于对照组显效率(31.0%),治疗组有效率(95.0%)高于对照组有效率(76.2%)。结论应用前列地尔针治疗脑供血不足疗效显著,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of prostaglandin E1 injection in treatment of vertibro-basilar artery in-sufficiency(VBI).Methods Forty-one patients of VBI were randomly divided into two groups: prostaglandin E1 therapy group(40 patients) and control group(42 patients).Results The evident effective rate of therapy group(57.5%) was obviously higher than that of control group(31.0%),the effective rate of therapy group(95.0%) was higher than that of control group(76.2%).Conclusion The curative effect of prostaglandin E1 in treatment of VBI is remarkable.更多还原
