【摘要】 目的用颅骨外固定牵引器探索一种便捷实用的牵引治疗颧眶复合体骨折的手术方法。方法收集颧眶复合体骨折并需要手术治疗的患者6例,术前摄颅颌骨三维CT,利用软件测量分析颧眶复合体移位情况。在颅骨上固定颅骨外固定牵引器并根据所测得的数据将骨折段持续牵引复位。术后复查CT评价疗效。结果颅骨外固定牵引器操作简单,固定稳固,术后患者面型及功能恢复好。结论颅骨外固定牵引器便捷实用,实现了微创、快速牵引复位与持续牵引复位固定相结合治疗颧眶复合体骨折的目的 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a convenient and practical method in the treatment of orbitozygomatic complex(OZC) fracture by traction and external fixator apparatus.Methods Six patients with OZC fracture(needed surgical intervention) were selected in this study.Three-dimensional CT of craniomaxillary bone was performed preoperatively,and displacement of OZC was measured and analyzed by software.According to obtained data,traction reduction was done on these patients after external fixation of traction apparatus.All cases were given CT scanning after surgery to evaluate the curative effect. Results External fixation for OZC fracture was simple,reliable and effective.Conclusion The external fixator apparatus can achieve the purposes of rapidness,tiny-hurt,combining rapid traction reduction with sustaining traction and fixation when be used to treat fracture of OZC.更多还原
