光电张力计测量原理及溯源方法探索

【摘要】 张力计是一种非接触式张力测试仪器,近年来在无损检测行业得到了大力推广,早期主要使用的是音波式张力计,国家声学计量技术委员会已于2009年颁布了"音波式皮带张力计校准规范"。近年来,随着技术的不断创新,激光技术也被应用到皮带张力的测量上。然而,近期关于该类光电式张力测量仪器的工作理论依据和溯源方法的介绍却鲜为多见。针对此问题,现本人就近期对该仪器的使用研究和检测方法的摸索心得与大家共同探讨。

【Abstract】 Tension meter is a non-contact tension testing equipment,non-destructive testing industry(NDT) in recent years has been to promote the early use of the sonic-style main Tension meter,the National Commission on acoustic measurement technology was issued in 2009,"Sonic belt Tension meter Calibration standards."In recent years,as technology innovation,laser technology has been applied to the measurement of belt tension,however,the recent tension measuring instruments such Photoelectric theoretical basis and traceability of work is obviously the more common method of introduction.To solve this problem,now I use this instrument to the recent research and testing methods of exploration experience to discuss with you.
