【摘要】 该文通过对数字示波器的原理进行分析,提出了利用数字示波器(以下简称示波器)精确测量脉冲时间间隔的方法,并同计数器测量法进行比较,分析各项测量结果不确定度分量对时间间隔测量结果所起作用的大小,以阐述运用此方法应注意的问题和适用范围,使示波器能作为脉冲时间间隔测量标准使用;此方法操作简单、测量结果准确度好、分辨力高、稳定性好,并具有直接可视脉冲波形的优点,具有较好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the principles of pulse time interval of digital oscilloscope,proposes an optimized method of precise time interval measurement based on oscilloscope,and correspond result is compared with the one by way of time interval counter.The effect of uncertainty components concerns the result of time interval measurement are analyzed,and the applying scope and using notification are carefully explained,to set oscilloscope as a standard equipment for time interval measurement.The method mentioned in the paper has advantages as better precise,better solution,better stability,and the visibility,to make it a good prospective applying scope.更多还原
