异步电机直接转矩控制中定子电阻方法研究

【摘要】 在直接转矩控制系统中,对定子磁链的精确估算是关键技术之一,定子电阻变化在低速下对磁链观测的影响非常大,而电机的温升是引起定子电阻变化的主要原因。本文改进了基于真实环境的随着温度变化电机定子电阻发生改变的仿真模型,并通过实验给出了满足系统平稳运行时电机定子电阻和磁链观测处定子电阻二者的关系。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法具有良好的动态和稳态性能。

【Abstract】 In direct torque control technology,the precision of the stator flux estimation is one of key technologies,the influence of flux observor caused by stator resistance variation in the low speed is very obvious,and the temperature raise of the motor is the main reason caused stator resistance variation.This paper improves the simulation model which motor stator resistance is changed with the temperature variation based on a real environment,and provides the relationship between motor stator resistance and stator resistance in the flux observing that meets the system running smoothly.Simulation and experimental results verify that this strategy possesses superior dynamic and static performances.
