级联H桥多电平变流器优化调制算法研究
Research on an optimized modulation arithmetic of H-bridge cascaded inverter
【摘要】 传统应用于级联型多电平逆变拓扑的多载波相移调制技术能够准确的再现调制波信息,输出接近正弦波,然而随着级联单元和开关管数量的增多,开关损耗将很大,这严重影响了系统的运行性能。针对此问题,本文结合多载波相移调制算法和阶梯波调制算法的优点,介绍了一种新型的优化调制策略,既可使输出的电压电流谐波小,非常接近正弦波,又保证了较低的开关损耗,该算法通过仿真实验得到了验证。
【Abstract】 The multi-carrier arithmetic which is applied most frequently to cascaded multilevel inverter has the advantage to replay the modulating wave.But with more power cells,the switching loss is too high to make a great influence on system performance.As to this question,a novel optimized arithmetic is proposed,which has the advantages of both multi-carrier arithmetic and stair waveform arithmetic.The switching loss can be reduced by this method and the arithmetic is simulated by Matlab software.
