面向薄带传输的电磁驱动纠偏辊数字控制设计与实验
Design and experiments of a digital control system for electromagnetic drive rectifying of strip in transmission
【摘要】 描述了一种基于DSP、CPLD及计算机串口通信,针对薄带传输过程中出现的跑偏问题的电磁纠偏数字控制系统,并在理论分析基础上通过实验验证了该系统运行可靠、纠偏控制精度高。为电磁纠偏辊的进一步发展奠定基础。
【Abstract】 In this article,an electromagnetic rectifying digital control system,which based on DSP,CPLD and computer serial communication,is designed to deal with the strip deviation occurs during the transmission.The system is verified by experiments on the basis of theoretical analysis,and operates well with high controlling precision.This result will give more help to the magnetic rectifying roller further more.
