航天CCD相机辐照测量技术
Research on the Measurement of Radiation Effect on CCD Space Camera
【摘要】 CCD探测器是一类高灵敏度光电器件,其作为关键元器件在航天CCD相机上有着广泛的应用,但是它易受空间辐射的影响而造成性能退化和工作异常。分析CCD探测器的辐射效应机理并制定相应的防护对策,既是当前可靠性提高的基础,也是今后高性能航天CCD相机发展的必然要求。文章分析了空间辐射效应机理对CCD探测器产生的影响,更进一步对影响CCD探测器较为严重的瞬态效应做了较为深入的探讨。
【Abstract】 CCD detectors based on focal plane arrays are widely used on the Satellite Camera due to their high sensitivity.However,as fine electro-optical devices,they are sensitive to radiation effects,leading to the performance degradation or abnormal operation of them.So it is necessary to analyze the radiation effect and mechanism of CCD detector and propose relative countermeasures.This paper surveys the space radiation environment,analyses the physical insight for radiation damages and illustrates the state of the art of radiation hardness methods for CCD sensor.Finally,the transient effect which affects CCD detector heavier is discussed in detail.
