【摘要】 文章首先根据软件开发过程控制发展趋势,介绍在现代软件开发中敏捷开发在提高软件质量和开发效率方面发挥的作用,进而着重介绍一种敏捷方法Scrum。通过使用Scrum方法,使得在实际应用中的项目成本、质量、客户和员工满意度都得到了改善和提高。但是,随着Scrum使用的深入,作者发现Scrum有一些缺陷和不太清晰的方面,文章即是针对这些问题提出解决方法,对Scrum方法进行改进。通过在实际软件开发项目中的应用,取得了很好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agile development is very popular in many companies for its many benefits.Based on the development trends of software development process control the role of Agile development in improving software quality and development efficiency in the development of modern software is presented,then an agile method,Scrum is introduced emphatically.With Scrum,many items,such as cost,quality,and satisfaction of customers and employees are improved.However,with the deepening of Scrum’s application some defects and less clarity are found with Scrum.The purpose of this paper is to analyze these issues and provide solution for them so as to improve Scrum.With these solutions,project carries on more smoothly and it gathers much useful experience for extending Scrum in other projects.更多还原
