在线无偏置LSSVM逆模型和PID的自适应复合控制
Adaptive composite control combining ONB-LSSVM inverse model with PID control
【摘要】 针对可逆非线性系统,结合逆控制与PID控制设计了一种自适应复合控制。将在线无偏置最小二乘支持向量机(ONB-LSSVM)用于系统的逆建模以提高逆模型的逆动态特性跟踪能力。在每个控制周期,控制信号由逆控制量与PID控制量按合成,合成比例自动调节。逆控制在高频段发挥较大作用,PID控制在低频段发挥较大作用。因此,该控制方法有较宽的频率适应范围,并且对时变系统有较好控制效果。初始NB-LSSVM在线生成,该控制方法使用方便。数字仿真表明了该控制方法的可行性和有效性。
【Abstract】 A composite control strategy combining inverse control with PID Control is designed for invertible nonliner system.To track the inverse dynamics of process better,online non-bias least square support vector ma-chine(ONB-LSSVM) is introduced to inverse modelling.During per controlling period,control signal is compounded from inverse control value and PID control value,and compound ratio of them changes automatically.Inverse control plays more important role in high frequency range,and PID control does so in low frequency range.Consequently,the control approach possesses wide frequency adaptation range and good control performances to time-varying systems.the initial NB-LSSVM is trained online,which facilitates the usage of the proposal.Simulation results indicate the fea-sibility and validity of the control method.
