传动精度测试系统的研究综述

【摘要】 对几种具有代表性的传动精度测试系统进行了总结和评述,分别介绍了比相测量系统、FTT系统、差频辅助挂轮式检测系统、QL系统的测试原理及特点。分析对比可知传动精度测试系统的可测传动比与转速的范围是评定其优劣的重要指标。结合越来越高效的微机处理技术,发展新的数据采集和数据分析处理方法,成了构建现代传动精度测试系统的主方向。传动精度测试系统的技术更新将更好的为精密装备制造业的发展服务。

【Abstract】 Some typical transmission precision testing systems are discussed,and the testing principle and features of the phase-contrasting measurement system,the FTT system,the difference frequency with the change gears detection system and the QL system are proposed.Based on analysising and comparison,the transmission precision testing system can test transmission ratio and speed range,which are important indicators to assess its strengths and weaknesses.Combined with more efficient computer processing technology,developing new methods of data acquisition and data processing have became the main direction of building the transmission precision testing system.Transmission precision test system’s technology update will serve for the development of the precision equipment manufacturing industry well.
