基于LabVIEW的轴承轴向间隙测试系统设计
Design of measurement system for gyro bearing axial clearance based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 针对轴向间隙对轴承的疲劳寿命、温升、噪音、振动等性能有较大影响这一问题,本文设计了基于LabVIEW的陀螺轴承轴向间隙测试系统。该测试系统以工控机为核心,通过力传感器、位移传感器分别对被测量进行数据采集,再经A/D模块送到工控机,由软件进行数据处理,绘制载荷-间隙曲线。实践证明,本测试系统实现测试自动化,完成了对位标器中陀螺轴承的轴向间隙测试及载荷-间隙关系曲线绘制,且精度、重复性及各项技术指标满足要求。
【Abstract】 Axial clearance can affect the bearing’s fatigue life,temperature,accuracy and noise performance.To solve the problem,we designed a measurement system for gyro bearing axial clearance based on LabVIEW.When the pressure is exerted,the pressure sensor and displacement sensor collect the data.Then the data is sent to ADC.At last the data is processed by software and the pressure-clearance curve will be calculated.The result of experiment proved that the system met the requirement of accuracy,reliability and efficiency.
