掺锆Co3O4的制备及电容性能
Preparation and capacitive properties of Zr doped Co3O4
【摘要】 采用反相微乳液法制备了掺杂锆的Co3O4电极材料,并对其电容性能进行了研究。结果表明:掺锆Co3O4粉末由具有立方晶型的球形粉体组成;当锆的摩尔分数x为1%~3%时,掺锆能降低Co3O4电极材料的晶粒尺寸;当x为1%~5%时,掺锆能增强电极的可逆性、提高电极的比电容以及延长电极的循环寿命;当x为5%时,Co3O4电极材料的最大比电容达451 F.g–1,比未掺杂时提高了67%,另外,循环800次后,其比电容仅下降了4.21%。
【Abstract】 Zr-doped Co3O4 electrode materials were prepared by the reverse microemulsion method,and their capacitive properties were studied.The results show that the prepared Co3O4 powder is composed of spherical powders with cubic crystal structure.When the mole fraction(x) of Zr is in the range of 1% to 3%,Zr doping decreases the grain size of Co3O4 electrode materials;while when x is in the range of 1% to 5%,Zr doping enhances the reversibility,increases the specific capacitance and extends the working life of Co3O4 electrode materials.The maximum specific capacitance of the Co3O4 electrode material with 5%(mole fraction) Zr reaches 451 F·g–1 and is 67% higher than that of pure Co3O4,and its specific capacitance decreases by only 4.21% after 800 charge-discharge cycles.
