数字预失真系统的接收通道设计

【摘要】 根据数字预失真系统的要求,合理分配链路增益,考虑噪声和各部分级联影响,采用具有高线性度的无源下变频方案,并具体分析接收通道的整体响应,设计并制作了一个数字预失真功率放大器的接收通道。ADS仿真结果表明,设计的接收通道具有高线性度、小失真特性,输出三阶交调点OIP3的功率达到38.6dBm。实验表明,该接收通道能很好地改善OFDM系统中功放器非线性效应,邻信道功率比ACPR达到60.0dB,带外抑制提高了16.0dB,功率效率达到了27%。

【Abstract】 According to the requirements of digital pre-distortion system,having a rational allocation of the link gain,and considering noise and various parts of the cascade effects,with high linearity passive down-conversion frequency program,after specific analysis of the overall response to the receiving channel,the receiving channel was designed and fabricated,which applied to digital pre-distortion power amplifier.ADS simulation results show that the receiving channel has a high linearity,small distortion characteristics,power of OIP3 reaches 38.6 dBm.Experimental results show that the receiving channel can improve the nonlinear effects of the power amplifier in OFDM system,ACPR reaches 60.0 dB,out of band rejection increases 16.0 dB,while the power efficiency reaches 27%.
