【摘要】 以务农人口为主的台中市后里区成为世界萨克斯管的主要供应地,通过政府(经济部工业局)的支持,以及工研院对企业的协助和上中下游的整合,以集体品牌外销和不断进行技术创新,使得后里乐器产业得以升级。后里乐器产业升级的过程,可为大陆的乡镇乐器产业集聚区发展提供经验和参考。目前大陆乐器产业同其他消费品产业类似,仍处于全球价值链的低端环节。这些产业所集聚的区域,初期需要政府进行积极的干预,协助地方创造竞争优势,特别是在技术上对企业进行切实的指导,以利关键技术的研究和开发,实现产业升级和结构调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper attempts to explore the process of instruments industrial upgrading in Houli as a reference for the adjustment of instruments industry in Mainland China.Houli has been the world’s major Saxphone supplier.Supported by the Industrial Development Bureau,Ministry of Economic Affairs and Industrial Technology Research Institute(ITRI) in Taiwan,Houli’s instruments industry integrate and export by the collective brand-Saxhome.The foundation of industrial upgrading is based on the continously technological innovation.So far,the instruments industry in Mainland China,like other low-end consumer goods industry is still in the low-end of the global value chain.It needs government’s active intervention on the initial stage of the development in the industrial clusters.While the practical guidance in the research & development on crucial technology is still needed to create the competitive advantage and to achieve the industrial upgrading and structural adjustment.更多还原
