【摘要】 与基于商务旅游与观光旅游需求的商务型旅游地、观光型旅游地的成长模式不同,粤北清新县不仅经济发展得益于除农业产业化、工业化外的"第三条道路"——旅游产业化发展,而且旅游发展也走出了除商务旅游、观光旅游以外的"第三条道路"——休闲娱乐产业化发展。清新县充分利用其位于环大珠三角城市(群)游憩带上的优越区位条件,以及庞大的城市休闲旅游市场,在定位于广州"休闲卫星城"、大珠三角"后花园"基础上,通过休闲娱乐的产业化发展,有效地将"娱憩旅游资源环境"转换为"娱乐旅游吸引物",完善旅游休闲配套设施,从而形成旅游休闲的规模经济与范围经济,实现了经济与旅游的跨越式发展,属于典型的休闲娱乐型旅游地成长模式。案例为经济发达地区周边县市经济与旅游发展提供了有益启示与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different from the traditional tourism developing model of destination for sightseeing tourism or business travel tourism,Qingxin County in Guangdong has come into being the third developing model not only economy development based on industrialization of tourism industries apart from agriculture and industry,but tourism development based on industrialization of recreation industries apart from sightseeing tourism or business travel and tourism.Qingxin County makes full of enormous recreation tourism market and its predominant situation where is situated in recreational belt around urban agglomeration of the Greater Pearl River Delta,and effectively transforms recreation tourism resources and environment to recreation tourism attractions,constructs various establishments for tourism and recreation and hospitality,accordingly comes forth economies of scale and economies of scope about tourism or leisure.And this belongs to typical tourism development model of destination for leisure and recreation.In a word,the new tourism developing model in Qingxin County may serve as a model or reference for tourism development of other county or city around developed areas.更多还原
