一种70W恒功率金卤灯电子镇流器
A Constant Power Control Electronic Ballast for 70W Metal Halide Lamps
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于单片机控制的三级式恒功率金卤灯电子镇流器,详细分析了其拓扑结构的各级电路构成,设计了单片机控制电路及软件流程。并依此研制了70W金卤灯电子镇流器的样品,测试结果显示这种镇流器性能良好,达到了设计指标要求。
【Abstract】 A constant power control digital electronic ballast for metal halide lamp (MHL) is presented. It is composed of a three-stage power converter and drives the MHL with a low-frequency square-wave to eliminate acoustic resonance. The circuit construction of the ballast and the flow chart of software design are analyzed in detail. Finally, a laboratory prototype of 70W electronic ballast is implemented. Experimental results show that all electrical parameters satisfy the design requirements.
