【Abstract】 In order to study a quick and practical preparation method for animal histopathological section,we explored a new quick and easy preparation method of paraffin section by improving and innovating the key technique process that based on classical paraffin section.The result showed the color of paraffin section by the new method was good by hematoxylin-eosin staining,the cell structure was clear,and the cytoplasm and nucleus had sharp contrast by microscope.更多还原
