猪囊尾蚴基质金属蛋白酶-9在猪肌肉和脑组织的表达分布

【摘要】 应用免疫组化分析猪囊尾蚴基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达。用猪带绦虫卵1 mL(8万个/mL)灌胃20 d龄健康乳猪6头,于感染后40、801、20 d分别宰杀2头猪并取含囊尾蚴的肌肉及脑组织制作4μm厚石蜡切片,采用Envision二步法,观察不同时期寄生在肌肉及脑组织的猪囊尾蚴基质金属蛋白酶-9的表达。结果显示,不同时期寄生在肌肉及脑组织的猪囊尾蚴均表达MMP-9,随着感染时间增加,各组织猪囊尾蚴MMP-9的表达均变化不大(P>0.05),寄生在脑组织的猪囊尾蚴MMP-9的表达要略高于同期寄生在肌肉组织的猪囊尾蚴MMP-9的表达(P<0.05)。感染部位组织学特征不同,猪囊尾蚴MMP-9的表达略有差异。

【Abstract】 To analyse the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in Cysticercus cellulosae by immunohistochemistry methods,six piglets of 20 days old were infected with a dose of 80 000 eggs of Taenia sodium,and the test have been done on paraffin-embedded sections of Cysticercus cellulosae acquired at 40,80 and 120 days after infection from muscle and brain.The results showed that there were MMP-9 expressing in the head and wall of Cysticercus cellulosae from different tissues at different times.As the time increases,the MMP-9 expression of Cysticercus cellulosae from different tissues were little changed(P>0.05),the MMP-9 expression of Cysticercus cellulosae from the brain were slightly higher than that from the muscle(P< 0.05).There was a slightly differences on MMP-9 expression in Cysticercus cellulosae from different tissues because of the different histological features.
