猪渗出性皮炎病原的分离鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Pathogen from Exudative Epidermitis Swine
【摘要】 从疑似渗出性皮炎的哺乳仔猪体内分离到一株细菌,经革兰染色镜检以及TH-16S细菌生化鉴定系统和葡萄球菌16 SrRNA、gap基因通用引物鉴定。结果表明,该菌株为葡萄球菌,gap基因的核苷酸同源性为99%。动物试验发现,试验小鼠出现躁动、被毛竖立、精神沉郁,18 h死亡,说明该菌株对小鼠具有致病力。
【Abstract】 The bacteriaisolated from a piglet affected with EE were identified by the methods of Gram-staining,TH-16s Bacteria Biochemical System and 16 s rRNA,gap gene sequencing.The results showed that this strain belongs to Staphylococcus hyicus,the nucleotide homology of gap gene is 99%.In the animal test,the mice presented dysphoriathe upright clothing hair,severe depression and died 18 h later.The results showed that this strain caused EE and had high pathogenicity.
