己烯雌酚免疫抗原的合成与鉴定

【摘要】通过重氮化法引入羧基,再用碳二亚胺法偶联BSA获得己烯雌酚(DES)免疫抗原。经紫外光谱、电泳图谱分析确证获得DES-BSA偶联物。间接酶联免疫法分析证明其免疫鼠所获得的抗体与己烯雌酚有良好的特异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The immunogen DES-BSA(diethylstibestrol-bovine serum albumin) were synthesized by the carbodilimide method through introduction of a carboxyl group into diethylstilbestrol by diazotization method.The results from UV,SDS-PAGE and ELISA showed that DES-BSA were conjugated successfully.The indirect ELISA results showed that antibodies derived from mice were specific to diethylstilbestrol.更多还原
