【摘要】 为了分析河北秦皇岛和唐山部分地区流行的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)ORF5基因变异情况,对采集自秦唐部分地区在2009年的临床发病猪肺组织,提取其RNA,通过RT-PCR扩增样本中PRRSV的ORF5全序列,并对其进行生物信息学分析。应用DNA Star软件分析序列,系统进化分析表明,它们与国内2006年-2007年间的分离的JXA1、HUB1、HEB1等高致病毒株亲缘关系较近,而与更早的分离株和疫苗MLV株亲缘关系较远。更多还原

【Abstract】 The complete ORF5 gene of PRRSV was amplified with RT-PCR from lung samples of sick pigs from some pig farms of Qinhuangdao and Tangshan.Four complete ORF5 sequences were successfully amplified.The sequences of ORF5 genes were analysed using DNAStar.The phylogenetic analysis indicated that the prevalent PRRSV in Qinhuangdao and Tangshan in 2009 had the closer genetic relationship with those highly pathogenic PRRSV isolates(such as JXA1,HUB1,HEB1 etc.)from other areas of China than that with the earlier field isolates and the vaccine strain MLV.更多还原
