基于DSP双闭环控制的弧焊逆变电源设计与仿真
Design of arc welding inverter and simulation base on DSP double close-loop control
【摘要】 以逆变电源为研究对象,针对焊接电源的要求,提出了以DSP为核心的双闭环控制方法,给出了主电路的设计方案和主要器件的选型,并对一些参数给出了计算方法,并运用MATLAB7.9仿真工具对主回路建模和仿真,得到了与设计要求相符合的实验结果,通过对实验结果的分析验证了所设计方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 With the inverter power source as the study object,for the need of the power source of arc welding,the method base on DSP double close-loop control was presented,the design method of the main circuit was given,meanwhile,the lectotype of important element in the main circuit was introduced,and also,the computing method to choose the parameter of the element was given.The main circuit was modeled and simulated by MATLAB 7.9 software for getting the required experimental result.The simulation results prove the viability of the design alternative.
