锂离子电池负极Li3-xMxN(M=Co、Ni或Cu等)的研究进展
Development of Li-ion battery anode materials,Li3-xMxN(M=Co、Ni or Cu et al.)
【摘要】 随着电子设备的飞速发展,大容量、高能量密度的锂离子电池成为了人们研究的热点。结合前人对锂离子电池负极材料Li3-xMxN(M=Co、Ni或Cu等)的研究,从材料结构,电化学性能及其改性等方面进行了综述,并对Li3-xMxN作为锂离子电池负极的可能性及应用进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Along with the progress of the electronic equipments,the large capacity and high energy density lithium-ion batteries attract wide attentions.The structure of the materials,electrochemical properties and doping properties were summarized referring to the previous research,and the potential of Li3-xMxN(M=Co、Ni or Cu) used as anode materials were also prospected.
