锂离子电池正极材料LixNi0.02Co0.02Mn1.96O4中镍和钴的连续测定
Continuing determination of Ni and Co in LixNi0.02Co0.02Mn1.96O4 as Li-ion battery cathode materials
【摘要】 采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对锂离子电池正极材料锰酸锂中掺杂元素镍和钴的测定;探求了各元素的测定条件。测定的镍、钴的工作曲线相关系数分别为0.999 9、0.999 7;镍、钴的加标回收率分别是97.2%~101.6%、97.6%~102.6%,该方法具有简单快速、准确度高、精密度好等优点,满足实验室和生产过程中质量控制要求。
【Abstract】 The doped Ni/Co in Li-ion battery cathode material LixNi0.02Co0.02Mn1.96O4 was determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and the determination conditions of the two elements were explored.The linear correlations of working curve were: Ni 0.999 9,Co 0.999 7;The reclaimable rate of the method were: Ni 97.2%~101.6%,Co 97.6%~102.6%.The method is simple and rapid in the process,and the result of the determination is good in accuracy.It can meet the requirements of laboratory and production process quality controlling.
