正交试验在连续挤压机腔体参数设计中的应用
Application of orthogonal test to parameter design of continuous extrusion machine chamber
【摘要】 在宽铜母线连续挤压过程中,腔体结构的参数(进料口高度H、二次扩展角β、一次扩展腔的通道长度l、二次扩展腔的通道长度L)对模口流速均方差(SDV)存在显著影响。在正交试验的基础上设计了试验方案,对宽铜母线连续挤压的过程进行数值模拟,并对试验结果进行了极差分析和方差分析,得出了各因素对腔体设计的影响次序及显著性,获得了较优的参数组合,对于合理设计腔体具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The parameters of the cavity structure(Inlet height H,angle of the second expansion β,an extended cavity length l,the second expansion chamber length L) have significant influences on the square velocity of the die mouth(SDV) in wide copper busbar continuous extrusion process.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the numerical simulation of the wide copper busbar continuous extrusion process was carried out,the test results were analyzed by range analysis,and variance analysis,and the order of the cavity design and significance were gained.The optimum combination of parameters were acquired,which would provide references for the reasonable design of cavity.
