大型圆柱体钢锭非稳态导热的集总热容法应用
Application of lumped heat capacity method to large-scale circular cylinder steel ingot unsteady state heat conduction
【摘要】 用集总热容法计算瞬态导热时,要求毕渥数(Bi)小于0.1。本文利用集总热容法理论推导大型柱体钢锭在非稳态导热条件下的解析解,将解析解的计算数据与实验数据进行对比,两者吻合很好。本文的方法拓展了集总热容法用于毕渥数远大于1的物体热传导计算。
【Abstract】 Biot number(Bi) is required smaller than 0.1 during computation of transient state heat conduction with lump heat capacity method.Using the theory of the lump heat capacity method the analytic solution of large-scale barrel steel ingot under the conduction of unsteady state heat conduction was discussed.Comparing the estimated data of the analytic solution and the empirical data,the result is very well matched.The method can be used in the computation of object heat conduction with the lump heat capacity method when Biot number is far bigger than 1.
