方管结晶器爆炸成形过程数值模拟
Numerical simulation of explosive forming process for square tube crystallizer
【摘要】 对方管结晶器爆炸成形过程进行了实验研究并运用ANSYS软件中的LS-DYNA模块对成形过程进行了数值模拟,数值模拟结果与实验结果基本一致;在应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对金属爆炸成形过程进行数值模拟时,对爆炸载荷的作用形式进行适当、合理的简化,并不改变基本结论;根据数值模拟结果获得了方管结晶器爆炸成形时的理论布药结构,当圆角部位药层厚度为直边部位药层厚度的1.75倍时可以获得最佳成形效果。
【Abstract】 Explosive forming process of square tube crystallizer was experimentlly studied and ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the forming process.The results of the numerical simulation and that of the experiment are basically the same.When ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the metal explosive forming process and simplify appropriately the explosive load,the basic result was not changed.The theoretic explosive distribution was achieved according the result of the numerical simulation.The best forming result could be got when the explosive thickness of the rounded part is 1.75 times of that for the straight part.
