【摘要】 金融危机将全球矿业带入空前的困境中,而我国矿业企业在全球矿业困境中找到了机遇,凭借健康的财务状况和良好的行业需求预期,一些有优势的中国矿业企业抓住机会,掀起了海外并购浪潮。但是在高涨的并购热情中,并购企业应清醒认识到其中存在的诸如盲目决策、政治障碍、财务压力、整合困难等问题,文章提出了解决问题的有效对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Global mining was brought into unprecedented dilemma by finan-cial crisis,in which Chinese mining companies found opportunities for their devel-opment.On account of healthy financial positions and good demand expectations,some dominant Chinese mining companies had taken the chance to set off the wave of overseas acquisitions.However,in the high acquisition passion,mining enterprises should be conscious of various problems,for instance: blind deci-sion-making,political obstacles,financial pressure and integration difficulties,and then put forward feasible solutions accordingly.更多还原
