【摘要】 北京在国际贸易中的突出特征是具有转口贸易优势,这是广义的转口贸易。对国有企业的调研和资料分析表明,国有企业极大地影响着北京转口贸易的变动。其影响原因一是属地统计原则,规定国际贸易额在企业注册地汇总,而不论贸易发生地和货物通关口岸。北京是大量国有企业注册地,货物的交易额必然汇总于北京;二是国有企业能够利用北京丰富的金融资源,通过多种途径,获得金融机构提供的进出口信贷、保险、信用证等服务,使对外贸易得到充分的金融支持;三是北京的国有外贸企业一直保持着体制赋予的国际贸易经营优势,有些国有企业具有外贸经营垄断权。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beijing’s salient characteristic in the international trade is the ad-vantage of entrepot trade,and this is the generalized entrepot trade.The survey and the reference of the state-owned enterprise show that the state-owned enter-prise influences the fluctuation of the entrepot trade of Beijing.The reasons are as follows.Firstly,the location rule in statistics regulates that the amount of inter-national trade should be integrated in the account of the customs house where the units register,regardless of the location where the deal happens.Amounts of state-owned enterprise register in Beijing,so the account of trade should be inte-grated in Beijing.Secondly,SOEs can utilize the rich financial resources in Bei-jing to obtain the export-import credits,insurance and the letter of credit provid-ed by financial institution in many ways,and all of these provide the internation-al trade with abundant financial support.Thirdly,the state-owned international trade enterprises in Beijing have always had the superiority in international trade within the institution and the monopoly power in some degree.更多还原
