快速适应电网结构变化的广域后备保护新方法
A Novel Wide Area Backup Protection Method Fast Adapting to Variation of Network Configuration
【摘要】 提出一种能够快速适应电网变结构的广域后备保护新方法。该方法在电力系统正常运行的情况下,首先利用故障等值模型计算故障点的等值注入电流,再根据网络拓扑参数和节点注入电流形成支路相关因子矩阵,确定故障界定集;在网络拓扑发生变化后,通过修改支路相关因子矩阵中部分元素,实现故障界定集的快速更新。当电力系统出现故障时,迅速计算故障界定集与支路电流测量值之间贴近度的最小值,并以此确定故障位置。新英格兰10机39节点系统仿真结果表明,该方法不受系统运行方式的影响,能够在有限测点及网络变结构情况下准确、灵敏、可靠地实现故障定位。
【Abstract】 A novel wide-area backup protection algorithm that can fast adapt to variation of network configuration is proposed.Under normal operation of power system,the proposed method firstly calculates eequivalent injection current of faulty point by equivalent fault model,and based on topological parameers of power network and nodal injection current the branch relative factor matrix(BRFM) is formed to determine fault boundary set(FBS);after the change of network topology the fast updating of FBS is implemented by modifying partial elements in BRFM.When the fault occurs,the minimum value of proximity factor between FBS and measured branch current is rapidly calculated to locate the fault.Simulation results of New England 10-machine 39-bus system show that the proposed method is unacted on power system operation modes and the fault location by the proposed method is accurate,sensitive and reliable under finite measuring points and variation of network structure.
