【摘要】 介绍了国家电网公司2009年继电保护装置的运行情况,包括220 kV及以上系统一次设备的运行及故障简要情况,220 kV及以上线路保护、变压器保护、母线保护和发电机保护等的运行情况。指出运行部门责任是造成保护不正确动作的主要原因,其次是制造部门和设计部门的责任,主要表现为误接线、检修维护不良和制造质量不良,因此应按照精细化管理和标准化建设的要求,进一步全面加强继电保护的全过程管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The operation situation of protective relayings belonging to the State Grid Corporation of China in 2009 is presented,including a brief description on the operation situation of primary equipments in 220kV and above power systems and the statistics and analysis on faults occurred in these systems as well as the operation situation of line protections,transformer protections,busbar protections and generator protections.It is pointed out that the operation department should bear the primary responsibility for the maloperation and misoperation of protections,and the manufacturers and design departments should bear the secondary responsibility,and the lacking in responsibility appears as false wiring,poor overhaul and maintenance of equipment and bad manufacturing quality,thus the life-cycle management of protective relayings should be further enhanced according to the demands of fine management and standardization construction.更多还原
