基于半周期峰值采样的间谐波闪变算法

【摘要】 随着大量非线性负荷的投入使用,间谐波引起的电压闪变问题越来越引起人们的关注。详细分析了间谐波引起的电压闪变特性,指出了IEC闪变仪无法准确检测高频间谐波引起闪变的原因。为解决该问题,提出了基于半周期峰值采样方法的间谐波闪变算法。通过理论推导及实验仿真证明,半周期峰值采样的频率与实验论证间谐波引起的信号波动频率一致。为准确进行数字滤波,文中对采样信号进行了补零插值,再通过带通及加权数字滤波。实验表明,相比传统IEC闪变算法及基于均方根序列的闪变算法,文中方法可以正确反映高频间谐波的闪变影响,特别适合于荧光灯闪变的分析计算。

【Abstract】 With the utilization of lots of nonlinear loads,special attentions are paid to the voltage flicker caused by interharmonics more and more.The characteristics of voltage flicker caused by interharmonics are analyzed in detail and it is pointed out that why the flicker meter recommended by IEC cannot precisely detect the flicker caused by high-frequency interharmonics.To solve this problem,based on peak samplings during half-cycle an algorithm for flicker caused by interharmonics is proposed.By means of theoretical derivation and experimental simulation,it is demonstrated that the frequency of half-cycle peak sampling is in conformity with the signal fluctuation frequency caused by interharmonics.To perform digital filtering accurately,zerofill and interpolation are applied to sampled signals,and then band-pass and weighted digital filtering is adopted.Experimental results show that comparing with traditional flicker algorithm recommended by IEC and the flicker algorithm based on root mean square series,the proposed method can correctly reflect the flicker influence of high-frequency interharmonics,and the proposed algorithm is a bear for the analysis and calculation of flicker caused by fluorescent lamps.
