多次烧结遮色瓷对金瓷修复体结合强度的影响
Effect of multiple firing opaque on the bond strength of porcelain-fused-to-metal restoration
【摘要】 目的探讨遮色瓷不同烧结次数对镍铬金瓷修复体结合强度的影响。方法采用剪切强度测试法测量烧结遮色瓷1、3、5、7、9次后金瓷修复体的结合强度。结果金瓷修复体剪切结合强度随遮色瓷重复烧结次数的增加呈明显下降趋势,1、3次烧结与5、7、9次烧结有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论制作金瓷修复体,其遮色瓷层的烧结不宜超过3次。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of multiple firing opaque on the bond strength of porcelain-fused-to-metal(PFM) restoration.Methods Bond strength of PFM restoration after opaque fired for 1,3,5,7 and 9 times was measured using shear bond strength assay.Results The shear bond strength of PFM restoration decreased significantly with the increase of firing times.Significant differences were found between 1,3 times and 5,7,9 times(P<0.05).Conclusion Opaque firing for more than three times can decrease the bond strength of PFM restoration.
