【摘要】 传统焊接培训周期长、成本高、操作过程质量难以控制,分析焊接操作技术特点,建立焊接人员信息管理系统、手工操作图像信息采集系统、外观质量评定信息系统、内部缺陷评定系统和分析与诊断系统,形成焊接操作技术检测分析与诊断平台.现场应用结果表明,利用该平台能够对焊件质量进行分析和诊断,为焊接培训提出有针对性的改进建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 There are some problems in the existing welding training.For example,a long training period,high costs and difficult to control the operation of quality.In order to improve traditional training methods,by analyzing the characteristics of welding technology,we established welding technician information management systems,manual image data acquisition system,the appearance of quality assessment information systems,internal defect assessment systems and the system with analysis and diagnosis to format the platform of welding operations analysis and diagnostic technology.And the study of the platform has been used in a training center,using the platform on weld quality of analysis and diagnosis,made targeted improvements for training,made shorten training cycle,reduced costs and improved efficiency.更多还原
