【摘要】 当今时代,文化日趋重要。大庆市等新生城市尤其要注重特色文化建设。为此,大庆市通过因地制宜,突出特色;鼓励研究,注重理论建设;科学规划,合理布局;打好旅游牌,事业与产业相互支撑等途径迅速构建出由文化艺术、文化旅游、文化科研为外在构成,以大庆精神铁人精神为重要内涵的特色文化,从而为学界进一步研究新生城市的文化建设提供了重要启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,culture is becoming more and more important.New cities like Daqing need to pay attention to special cultural construction.Daqing has constructed a culture with special characteristics by adjusting to local conditions,strengthening characteristics,encouraging research,paying attention to the theory construction,scientific planning,rational distribution,designing tourism and the inter-support between the enterprises and industry.It comprises art,culture tour,culture research,with Daqing Spirit and Iron Man Spirit as its connotation,thus providing important enlightenments to further research the construction of special cultures of newly emerging cities.更多还原
