一种数控钻孔机的设计与实现
Design and implementation of the CNC drilling machine
【摘要】 用台达PLC对步进电机进行开环控制实现钻孔机的分度定位和进给定位,并用人机界面设置工艺参数。阐述了钻孔机的机械原理和组织及其控制系统的硬件和软件。步进控制指令方便地解决了自动顺序控制程序,常加减功能的脉冲输出指令有效地解决步进电机开环控制。
【Abstract】 It is achieved sub-degree positioning and feed positioning using DVP PLC on the open-loop control for the stepping motor,by using human-machine interface to set the work parameters.The mechanical principles of the drilling machine and components are described,as well as its control system hardware and software.The step control instruction easily solves the automatic sequence control program,and pulse output command with addition and subtraction function effectively solves the stepping motor of open-loop control.
