【摘要】 基于绵阳市城市交通的基本特点,提出了绵阳市道路监控及非现场执法系统建设的三个要点,分析了道路监控及非现场执法系统的总体结构,探讨了系统数据传输的方式,对比了系统实施的关键技术。最后指出建设该系统不仅要适应目前的城市交通管理及交通需求,更要是引导城市交通的有序发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the basic characteristics of traffic in Mianyang,this paper pointed out three key points to the traffic Safety Monitoring and Off-Site Law Enforcement,analyzing the entire framework of Traffic Safety Monitoring and Off-Site Law Enforcement system,discussing on the data transport measure and contrasting in the key technologies of system application.Finally,this paper indicated that the system was set to match on the traffic management and traffic demand.Moreover,to lead urban traffic develop orderly.更多还原
