基于可用度的地铁车辆维修检查间隔优化方法
Maintenance inspection interval of metro vehicle based on availability
【摘要】 在地铁车辆维护中,为了符合维修工作实际情况,提出了将初始检查间隔设定与检查周期不同的不等间隔确定方法.同时考虑了不完备维修,维护后引入役龄回退因子对维修活动前后系统性能的动态变化进行描述,使系统状态处于修复如旧与修复如新之间.对地铁车辆门的驱动锁闭机构建立了以费用率为目标函数、系统可用度为约束条件、预防性维修周期为优化变量的不等间隔检查周期优化模型.最后给出了优化模型的求解算法.实例验证表明:当系统可用度为99%、4个子系统首次检测间隔是重复检测间隔的4,3,3,3倍时,采用不等间隔的功能检测优化模型比采用等间隔的功能检测优化模型费用率低9.72%,同时随着系统可用度的提高,其费用率将增加.提出的维修优化方法可较大地提高维修效率,降低维修费率.
【Abstract】 In order to comply with the real working conditions in the maintenance of metro vehicle the unequal interval policy that the initial inspection interval is different to the inspection period is proposed.The service age reduction factor is used for the imperfect maintenance to describe the dynamic changes of the system performance before and after repairing,and the condition of equipment is between as bad as old and as good as new after the preventive maintenance.The optimal maintenance model is proposed to minimize the maintenance cost rate,and the model is subject to the availability,the interval is set as decision variable.The immunity-particle swarm algorithm is used to calculate the model.At last an example is given which shows that when the availability is 99% and the four sub-systems’ initial inspection interval is 4,3,3,3 times the inspection period,the cost rate of unequal interval policy is 9.72% lower than that of the equal interval policy,and the cost rate would improve when the system’s availability increases.The optimal maintenance method proposed can greatly improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs rate.
