电力调度综合数据平台的标准化设计与实现

【摘要】 构建了一种新型电力调度综合数据平台。综合数据平台系统从硬件体系结构上分为内平台和外平台两部分;从软件体系结构上分为基础平台层、数据整合层、数据管理层、访问接口层和应用层5个层次。结合调度应用系统的信息描述需求,对标准公共信息模型进行了扩展,形成适合调度中心各类业务的统一公共信息模型,提出了一种基于信息模型路径的对象编码规则,并采用了组件接口规范与数据提取、转换相结合的方法,将调度业务系统数据接入综合数据平台。综合数据平台的建设实现了电力调度中心不同应用系统的有机结合,达到了数据的高度整合和共享。

【Abstract】 An integrated information platform for power dispatch is established.Its hardware system structure is divided into two parts:internal platform and external platform,while its software system structure into five layers:basic platform,data integration,data management,access interface and application.According to the requirement of dispatch application system for the information description,the standard CIM(Common Information Model) is expanded to form a unified public information model for different businesses of dispatch center.The object coding rules based on the path of information model is proposed,and the CIS(Component Interface Specification) is combined with the data extraction and conversion to integrate the dispatch business data into the integrated information platform.The construction of integrated information platform realizes the organic combination of different application systems in power dispatch center and the high efficiency of data integration and sharing.
