【Abstract】 The global financial turmoil in 2008 has posed serious challenges on the monetary and financial stability of East Asian countries,and to promote East Asian countries to strengthen the regional monetary and financial cooperation.The finance ministers of East Asia"10 +3"declared a joint statement in December,2009 focusing on the"Chiang Mai Initiative Multi-lateralization"(CMIM)to set up a Self-Managed Reserve Pooling Arrangement(SRPA)as the specific form of CMIM.The evolution of"Chiang Mai Initiative"framework featured by regional bilateral swap and repurchase agreement facilities to SRPA of CMIM,shows the further deepening of the monetary and financial cooperation in the region.更多还原
